thanks for that @PS . I think more than the CEO and Chair should go if the vote is solidly against it, Wonder if they will cancel the EGM if the vote is so convincingly against the proposal ? Would not be the first time I saw that happen on the ASX. A bad look but so is getting a resounding NO from your shareholders.
