    Well said.

On reflection of PE announcement, the result is unequivocal, but the details are sparse. One thing does not sit well with me - Far’s case fell at the very first hurdle, they did not have any PE rights In the first place, ever thing afterwards is noise. This makes Far look completely incompetent for pursuing and the worst decision they could have hoped for. No shades of grey, literal versus purposeful arguments, no wordplay on meanings or interpretations, utter folly to pursue, clear, simple and definitive.

However, if that is the case, why did it take so long to reach this outcome, almost 8months for ICC process and probably lawyers on both sides for 2 years before that. If the outcome was so clear and obvious that the case collapsed at the basic first principle and no rights existed, why did it take so long and cost so much?

Just a thought bubble. Hopefully it is case closed and we can just move on.
