USA has actually backtracked their regulatory since 2016 when it was legalised federally to now where it is only legal on a state by state basis. You seem to assume a lot of things about the industry that aren't true. Please provide some form of backing to the statement on regulatory changes in any other those markets, otherwise those statements are completely unsupported by factual evidence.
