Of course the other plank in the investment case is the advanced nature of the project.
Since much of the nitty gritty has been well worked through - indeed, the Company already owns large chunks of the necessary process infrastructure (the Lawlers plant), and certainly has a clear road-map, including permitting and approvals, of how to get there - turning the key should be relatively quick and easy:
