Agreed it appears that way.

Despite no immediate effect, the research reports reach a wide audience and some may just put BRK on the watchlist waiting for the sentiment change if they like what they have read.

If you think about what it would cost to fly around the country with airfares, hotel stays, luncheons, dinners etc to get in front of let's say 20,000 investors (assumed typical mail out list), the reports might be worth while every few years or so.

Worst case, still gets more content out there for people to research when they come across the stock.

Nonetheless, rather than more speculation (reports and the like), we just need some more action.
