Still have six Shannon Ridge Reserve limited..1500 bottle run. 2007 Lake County Barbera ageing nicely downstairs in the wine cellar.
Saving those and a few other ageing Aussie wines for when the good times start to really roll... meantime I chill with my Italian style dry red which I make every autumn. BTW 15years is plenty for most quality reds unless of course you have an exquisite vintage. I have a five 1999 Cabernets from Chuangshihuaxia China that are so beautiful I haven't found the occasion to open one.
