This is crucial to any class action case, IMO

If CLI knew that the crop poundage was going to be significantly less than 900K Lbs
(which IMO it should) by THC testing time in Sept, then this should have been announced to the
market then because IMO, that is price sensitive. It is simply not good enough for CLI
to assume that even if crop poundage had been 900K LBS that the frost between the 9th & 12 of
October would have wiped out the CBD %age and therefore the value.

I cant see 500K lbs of biomass disappearing due to 2 nights frost, & if so, even blind freddy would see
the spoiled poundage on the ground by the 20th October, IMO.

This is why the ASX asked if all the harvest had been lifted. CLI said yes.

All IMO only and shareholders should seek professional advice beforetaking any action on this matter.

PS: IMO ClI bankruptcy wont save the BOD & management if the ASX finds that they decieved the market by not releasing price sensitive information to the market and shareholders as per ASX listing Rules and The Corporations Act.

If this goes to court, then Ms Silver's holdings & that of others who sold in Sept/early Oct will be closely investigated, IMO.
