I just thought I do some quick maths...
I don't short, but MR 3% provided this:
Formed a short position at $3.02, closed at $2.70
So, he made a profit of 11%
Was that lucky, or was that experience - who knows. To me, it was a risky play that turned out well, but - just to get 11% gain
Whilst all of the LT holders, can book in value from start of year of $2.08 to $2.77, that 33%, without much stress, given the expected news... and we are still in for more gains
Each to their own, but I prefer the long game
