What do holders and others think?
I had a bit to do with an AN plant Orica owned at Monclova, near Monterrey, Mexico, in early 2000's.
It was fairly antiquated from operational point of view.
It was impacted by an explosion of a truck carrying AN manufactured at the Monterrey. I think the local authorities went after ORICA bcause they were a soft target.
I have no knowledge of EXSA or Peru in general.
