So technically the ‘strategic review’ process was first announced 26 Nov, 12 weeks ago. I heard mid December that numerous parties had kicked around and done site visits. Hartleys and Cannacord get announced as parties running the process on 22 Jan (4 weeks ago).
From what I’ve seen which is little in this space the companies typically get 4-6weeks in the data room to submit questions and indicative non-binding offers. Then those of interest proceed to next round and there’s more face to face interactions and negotiations and finally a binding offer. I probably wouldn’t expect any announcement for a few more weeks, I’m expecting the resource upgrade much sooner however.
