    So two weeks to go:

    "The action, to be heard as a matter of urgency, on or before 6 Ocober 2008, is brought in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and is centred around ARQ’s purported Notice of Default of 2 September 2008 and Backreef Oil Limited’s (BOL) and OBL’s prior claim of Force Majeure - refer to the previous OBL ASX Release dated 2 September 2008 for details".
