As long as SCG is trading below book value, you cant go wrong buying below NTA.
Nothing remains constant.
Div. yields change with the stock price and the dividend paid out.
Assets are either revalued or written down. You take a punt and you take your chances.
Mr market does not, at the present time, appear to agree with the expressed Book Value.
I reckon he's probably got that wrong but my track record is anything but exemplary.
