Hi Didrie I was thinking that also and thought maybe the directors are able to top up now . What makes you say that they are unable to buy . Do they have to make the announcement before or after they buy . They would have been salvitating at the bit (an old saying ) knowing this is happening and not being able to buy they did not let it leak to friends I assume Cheers Towie
