Ann: Software Subscription TCV and ARR Update, page-2

They're flying.

- Pace of TCV sales still accelerating ($2.2/month from June 30th - Nov 19th, $3.4/month from Nov 19th - Jan 22nd, $3.9 in the last month) to such an extent they appear to be on an annual TCV pace of $35m+ (i.e. at least $3m/month). From memory they averaged about $15m on-premise license sales p.a. prior to 2018.
- Average length of contract sold this year is 3.4 years ($21.5m TCV sold for $6.4m increase in ARR), gives good visibility on revenue.

Only thing left to see now is extent to which subscriptions are cannibalizing perpetual on-premise sales.
