Hard to know what to make of this announcement. Has INL been selected for part of the CMR process. The hints about copper processing prior to this announcement suggest this might be the case. How are CMR going at the moment? What did they 'give up' for all this to happen? Finalised funding for IMRP by end of 1st Quarter 2009? When was the last time INL were able to meet a deadline!!!! What income can be expected between now and March 2009? Great for the traders. When can long term holders expect a decent return on their investment? How hard will it be to gain funding for this Project? "...letters of support from potential financiers, project participants and other project stakeholders, with more expected." Sounds promising, but we are talking about INL and these bold predictions????? Whats with all the cloak and dagger. Agreement signed by end of the month. So why the secrets? How about "INL are about to formalise an agreement with XXX" Is it any wonder people are wary of this stock. Good fortune to long term holders, the phoenix may have arisen from the ashes of despair.
