In fact ASX is scrambling to meet this recommendation by redeveloping CHESS to be a trade-by-trade settlement process. Appears that ISX will beat them to it. Great to have the competition in Australia!

ASX paid someone to look into it during the bitcoin frenzy when it was all blockchain blockchain blockchain. It didnt end well but they were throwing more money at it. Its not a bad idea per se but ISX is trying to force it through their paydentity program and spruiking the benefits of t+0

And definitely not via DVP. Not in the next 10 years anyway.
