What about placing a criteria, that yes you can have them when you gain substantial sales and the share price reaches a certain level.
They are unbelievable to have the cheek to ask their shareholders to approve this hand out considering their pathetic performance to date.
Exercisable at $0.04 and in escrow for 3 years!
Should be at $0.15 and in escrow for 2 years in my opinion, that way we may see some benefit to the long suffering shareholders.
