I am also worried about insiders selling. Often happens. But the question is IS it as bad as market expects. If i was running myer, i would keep costs down, pay dividends. Last thing to do is make an acquisition or over spend trying to hard to revamp the business. Macys and most other american retailer is going down - almost seems inevitable. I bought myer knowing its a dying business but very cheap based on cashflow. Maybe i should listen to Warren buffett - better to buy a fantastic business at a fair price than a terrible business and a fantastic price.
