I think we need to be careful here.
Look at the chart.When INL have had breakouts, within a day or 2 they have always retraced heavily.
We need a continuous rise and strong closes with large volume, then we can be assured that a trend reversal is taking place.
Caution before action.
There will be plenty of opportunity to buy in.You don't need to guess the bottom.
Everything is aligning nicely up to now.
