Generally speaking there will be plenty of work in Africa for the next 20 years that require construction & skilled labour. There are also other LNG projects in the pipeline both on and off shore in adjacent countries, and by the end of the Mozambique LNG project, RBR as a labour hire company should have plenty of people with the right skills to deploy as needed. There will also be ongoing requirements for workers for the next 20+ years for operations.
Not only that, but this LNG project will be transformative for Mozambique as a nation, which will have flow on effects with construction (and opportunity for RBR) all over the place as the money filters around the local economy, government projects paid for through tax, etc.
