Do not get too excited about this. In fact this is more of the same. NET has a history, from what I have read, of making announcements of grandiose proportions and not delivering.
The share price is going down on good news. This has been happening for weeks. That is scary. What ever happened to SSI Pacific is not clear. Where are the details? Likewise, where is the agreement and other agreements that have actually delivered revenue consistent with expectations? Generally these fade into the past and before you know it there is another capital raising.
