with SCG and VCX the 2 biggest retail property trusts, both trading well below NTA, why do you think management of BOTH are doing BUYBACKS, lol, because they know buying back your own stock when its trading at $3.80 but its NTA is like $4.40 for SCG is a no brainer, with most of the best retail space selling at high prices, the best thing a company like SCG can do is buy back its own stock, OR if it was me at the helm, I would be paying down debt as well, but im just a no body small shareholder and not on the board, so what would I know, why would anyone take notice of what I have to say.
