A few days delay will also be interesting for IPR as the board basically stated that they will wait until the SAR decision was announced before they would declare a dividend (or how much of a dividend was forthccoming).
And as a dividend would affect the report due 30th of September, IPR will not have alot of time to finalise the report.
By the way, does anyone have any thoughts on how DT & co will react if court decision goes against them?
