The notes wont stop a merger here because noteholders have been pushed to the wall imo.They have no room to move and a merger with CBH in control negates the notes pressure( if Im not mistaken) PEM are now at the wall and CBH WILL imho only, end up with control of The Line of Lode. Patience is a virtue when the opposition is backed into a wall. :)
