They're happy with the likely three cornered contest that will evolve out of a friendly taking a stake (which is still being built) prior to an un friendly attack
They're waiting on a possible JV partner acquiring a stake prior to announcing a deal
finalising a management buyout.
Forcing THX's hand.
They've discovered diamonds not IO at Railway.
There are others but they are less likely than even the unlikely ones above (some of which are 50 to 1.)
Hard to see how any of the likely outcomes is bad for current holders but yes these games can drive you mad.
I for one am avoiding even trading my trading account shares atm to cover any eventuality.
