jibbybagger. That's simply not possible. They MUST comply with the existing Prospectus. The only way to alter that is,possibly, to issue a "supplementary" Prospectus taking into consideration the (definitely) unforeseen developments since the original Prospectus was issued. You will still need to contact the company if you have any concerns, but, don't take ANYTHING for granted. Lots of questions need to be answered.
