whats wrong with japan and 20 per cent yield

bought more of these today, sometimes think i must be crazy when most others are selling but just can't resist the yield with fy09 guidance of 12c div.

the other one with even higher yield is GJT, 26% yield... good 08 report, directors keep buying as share price keeps falling.

is there something wrong with japanese property?....something i am missing about japan??
