I believe it's possible Con only mentioned the Cleveland Cliffs takeover of PMM to vindicate his previous statement about them trying to gain board control without paying a premium. Possibly in an attempt to gain more loyalty and trust from shareholders.
However I would not be surprised one bit the there is an all cash takeover offer with a significant premium in the coming weeks. If we got an offer for $4-5 I would seriously think about taking it in these market conditions. However the initial offer will most likely be $3 or so IMO
