But is VBA expected to continue making a profit next next year?
I saw JP Morgan (I think) have a valuation of 77c but stated they expect VBA to rcord a loss next year.
Interestingly, Macquarie brought out a report with a value of 63c. They have estimated 75% of selling from those lumoed with VBA have been sold and once the remaining 25% goes, they expect the share price to trade in a range of 60c - 80c.
So, we are probably seeing the selling continue at the moment. Once it stops, it will probably run back to 50c quickly. Just a matter of whether 41c is the low or whether there is an opportunity to buy below 40c in the next few weeks.
