USEC, the main rival,needs bucket loads of money to set up its out of date enrichment plant. They were looking to Gov for the cash. Its is fair to say the cash wont be forthcoming and therefore the US will not have this enrichment plant after the Russian deal ceases in 2012. GE and US Gov will have no choice but to make the Silex tech work.
