do the number of shares change? I thought they were fixed once the agreement had been reached and the 3c is a notional price. I don’t believe it changes with daily fluctuations. E.g - we received 100 million shares in TNT at a notional price of 5c and the number of shares didn’t change as TNT’s price changed.
I am still puzzling over the capital return comment. I had this wild thought where maybe they are going to flog off the rest of PSZ, return capital to the original shareholders (I.e. all of us less the two Farmbuy principals) and then we will be left with an investment in a highly speculative (not that PSZ isn’t), online company. Not even sure what they are trying to be - online Elders maybe?
