Cando's questions was why the shares to DGO?
The $500,000 of shares at 4.5 cents to DGO had not been approved which was why the GM was called
24% voted against the issue.
With the free options to DGO for introducing people in the 5 cent raise to cover the Indee funding fiasco it looks like a boys club to me.
