From a FA perspective everyone is assuming the corner has been turned. From a TA perspective it's 1 degree of time 2 degrees after the equinox and almost meaningless until more substantial time and price provides confirmation.
The backslapping sessions have been a regular event since the 6.25 top, followed by more despair.
Might be the low, might not?
Higher low, higher top.
