    I'm in general agreement with your assessment, where I differ slightly is
    the consolidation, I think it will be more like 20/1 or 25/1, the reason for that is
    that at 10/1 it still leaves us with close to 1 billion shares and it wouldn't
    take to many CRs to put us back in the high billions again, just my view.
