Joe, if that occurred mate I would imagine most of the benefits would be with the taxel maker,
because that would give them exclusive rights to the efti/taxel combo until efti's patent ran out...
However, off coarse that means taxel maker has to pay for efti rights taking into consideration
the patent expiry date........This sort of potential deal will be where the true value of a patent
is revealed.....James Flinn, by the look of his resume will be all over this sort of stuff...
