That's like giving a 'loan' to some bankrupt bum living on the other side of town. Do you really expect them to pay it back??
I still can't believe the US bailout package will not buy the banks toxic debt at the current prices but will be paying top dollar for it! Bailing out rich bankers and making us pay for it. How do I become a banker? seems like a sweet deal to me!
