I will have to say this is a very poor post. FDA is not a given, Sanofi may actually not be interested (WHAT!!!! I must be a downramper!) You're $500,000 devices have "each" another $1,000,000 to be paid to the developer before they are available, (2 more steps to go yet and $500,000 for each device each step, timeframe anyone?). Not to be bias though, they did take the money in shares which is good IMO.

You're saying IMO regarding shares being soaked up, why? seems like an unfounded ramp IMO. You only have an MOU with Coivu so that alone is a risk, if they wanted in for sure no risk, it wouldn't be a MOU, it would be a contract.

"The SP share price should be much higher and growing" Why? There is zero revenue. None of the Ann come with $$$, so of course there is risk and of course the SP shouldn't be higher.

Yes, RAP might get FDA =GREAT! Yes Sanofi may sign on the ....line = GREAT! Yes an MOU can turn into a contract = GREAT. Yes they may do business with ResMed = FANTASTIC. But to ask where the risk is? To say that is very dangerous as less experienced punters may believe you.
