Have had a few of those days too.
For me I added a tiny bit of good salt ( because we drink more water and pee out minerals).
Also make sure you have vit d and c ( vit C helped me so much).
With vit D do some research on vit K2 M7 .... yes it is sad but so much of our food these days has
less nutritional value as of the past.
Try the good salt in your water ( just a tad) first and maybe some apple cider vinegar ( with Mother)
this will not break your fast.
How much water are you drinking?
Also I find the weather going from hot to cool .... one day to the next can make us tired.
Yes keep your calories up when you need it and that can give you a good boost.
I still feel better than not fasting and eating most of the time.
Just try a few little things and see how you go.
I will buy some nutrition yeast this week for the Vit Bs .... never tried it before.
Electrolytes when fasting is my next research.
