As the market knows, Synergy Equities Group Limited’s (“SYNERGY”, ASX : SYG) wholly owned subsidiary
Data-inCrypt® has entered into a teaming agreement with CertifiedMail.com, Inc. (www.certifiedmail.com) providing
it with the exclusive licensing rights to offer a hosted CertifiedMail service (branded SMX secure registered email) and
to sell CertifiedMail software licenses for in-house use in the Asia Pacific region (the ASX announcement of 31 Jan 08
refers).
SYNERGY now advises that Data-inCrypt® is working with the Australian Trade Commission (“Austrade”),
specifically through its Tradestart & New Export Developer programs, to facilitate the accelerated sales and marketing
of SMX secure registered email throughout the Asia Pacific region at large.
