Lux this bit of information is free to you from me & the 25 mushrooms out there that are growing with a quality fertilizer these days, anything can grow I am sure that you will get more mushrooms sprouting in the dark, don't you just love when investors just don't know anything & follow the sheep over the cliff, or as they say, blind leading the blind, ....every quarter the Company has updated the Market, 3 times in the last 6 odd months where it is & where it stands with its securities & if by any chance that an NDA holder wanted to buy in, they had plenty of opportunity @ any of those times, but they didn't,

An NDA holder can inform the ASX & Brainchip of its intentions that it wants to buy shares on the Open Market or be a part of a CR that is coming as I doubt it @ this point when it had plenty of opportunity @ the 4c mark & it is quite common practice to buy in just after the market update, all they need to get Prior clearance, enjoy reading you may want to educate the mushrooms @ the same time
