My question is how long had it been there? Was it part of the original attack?? if not then why Spain, outside of ETA Iraq just does not hold up as an explanation there are to many other countries to hit.
Remember the bomb in Morocco in Feb., other than the Israelis that were killed (as they could have been targeted over Palastine), why target the Spanish??
