They have sales staff working in various countries. Makes this product a lot easier to sell on the back of this.

As for sales updates....no updates doesn't mean no sales. They only updated two weeks ago, might not get anything until next month. Companies don't have to give weekly updates on their sales.

Next quarterly update will be important to see how the recent sales stacks up in profit.
