Hi Sents,
Given the $$$$ all the big boys have contributed in equity to Supper Soco for minor shareholdings, I can't see us buying it for anything like 50m shares which have a current market value of $ 17m.
I'm hoping the proposed corporate transaction is a JV. Factories out of China ?. Possible Joint ventures is what has been mentioned in the disclosures regarding future direction.
