Yes agreed, great idea to sell at $2.75 and buyback at less than $1.00 (if it stays there that long). Maybe they should seek shareholder approval now to buy back more if they need to, would be good to have the firepower at the ready.
Maybe the Russians were waiting for the price to fall further before buying on market. Maybe this will force their hand.
