Essentially, all these new directors will be with Asean and have the coys best interests at heart.
SHs need to vote at least 3 onto the board and they will have the "vote" at boardroom level.
This will take a lot of Peters decision ability out of play and allow a new direction to happen.
Asean have continually suggested a new CN to buy out the current Lind CN.
I will be voting all onto the board and suggest all SHs do the same. Do NOT believe anything the current management have to say on this. WE NEED CHANGE!!
