W1 you kidding me. Since when do South Africans have the contacts and power to manipulate news flow in Australia? A problem of their own making and confirms my concern with the integrity/ethics of TER. But then again with a Chair and Deputy-Chair setting the example not difficult to understand why their subordinates would do not the same.
TER may have 51% of UNV but they will not get to 75% to delist. oh, and just another thing - you are aware that UNV only owns 49% of their SA operations and that the BEE partner has the right to terminate UNV's management control at the mines on a change of control at Topco? Hope so, because you may soon own a minority share in African assets with no access to the revenue.
