Let's look at brine extraction & evaporation first:

Lake Wells 400Ktpa = 45M
Lake Way 240Ktpa = 58M. And the grade is substantially better at Way! With grade & MOP conversion the extraction & evaporation costs at Way should have been substantially lower at Way based on Wells work. We all thought the Wells numbers were far too optimistic compared to peers.

Plant:

Lake Wells 400Ktpa = 73M
Lake Way 240 Ktpa (MOP conversion) = 77M

That is what I call a blow out. Same company, different lakes.

Lake Way also has the 20M tenement fee which is a capital cost.
