Govt should have bought Holden when the opportunity was presented to them. They pump enough money into it over the decades.

undoubtedly a regret in years to come and a sign of the times....end of manufacturing in australia.

and it's sad that some australians did not appreciate the quality cars that holden made over the decades.

Nonsense,
Holden made rubbish. But for the tariffs we could have been driving Mercedes for the same price and lives would have been saved.
