My guess would be that production has recommenced in Malaysia with Phillipines to start proctoring hopefully by end of week in 1 of the 3 new facilities.
I think HCT should not focus on too many buts of news in each announcement. They should have a bit more detail but focus on 1-2 bits of news instead.
Think tomorrow might surprise a few that sold on Friday.
