I would like to say that it is Material to all investors whether they hold AUL or not that the Chairman and Vice Chairman are making themselves available to take and answer questions on an anonymous public chat room.

It is nice to hear your plans (it will be interesting to see how well you stick to them) for monthly updates via the ASX platform.

In this HC forum you state you will only answer shareholder questions. How can you guarantee this, it’s anonymous. You don’t even know who is the poster.

Also any questions you answer should be answered via the ASX platform such that a fully informed market is ensured. It is your duty to follow ASX listing rules. If you wish to talk on HC then you should announce this to the ASX and allow all investors, holders or not, to participate.

All questions posed and those answered should subsequently and immediately be released via the ASX platform.
